Matthan comes from years of customer service as well as trade work, most recently as a roofer. By joining Cutlers, Matthan is able to combine his two passions and put them to better use each day. Because of his background he has the knowledge and understanding of the trade industry along with patience and experience of dealing hands on with people from all backgrounds.
For Matthan, his role is so much more then desk work and inspections. It’s about connecting with people, being approached, and finding the best solutions no matter how big or small the problem may be. In an industry where you a responsible for the well-being of others, its crucial to have someone who cares.
