Hi, I’m Warren Smith.

I am a positive, enthusiastic agent with a great track record (and possibly a familiar face to you!) I have assisted over 600 clients in the buying and selling process over my 15 years of working in Real Estate. I am very passionate about my job and having sold multiple properties in every suburb of Dunedin, my knowledge is very vast!

I have a genuine passion (obsession almost!) for Real Estate and a love of dealing with people. Working at Cutlers gives me the chance to combine these two passions in a career. I always deliver five star service to both vendors and buyers alike.

I believe that the overall energy and attitude of the agent will play a large factor in determining the final selling price for your home.
