About me
Working in the real estate industry has brought me immense satisfaction, both personally and through the valuable connections made with individuals involved in property transactions. Over the years, I've had the privilege of meeting exceptional people while either helping them buy or sell properties, and I've formed lasting friendships with colleagues.
My journey in real estate began in 1990 with Robertson First National. In 1998, the company underwent a transformation, becoming Dunedin First National, and in 2007, we adopted the name Cutlers. This change was driven by a desire to elevate our professionalism and hold true to our family core values. In 2021 I took the step into ownership along with Matt Cutler, we together are looking to continue and improve the brand to an even higher and rewarding standard.
Navigating the challenges of assisting individuals in often stressful situations, our primary goal is to alleviate the stress associated with property transactions and always act in the best interests of the clients/customers.
My wife Karen and I along with our main man Jimmy the dog enjoy everything about the city and the Otago region, and with the family now all grown up and having flown the coop, we also get valuable time with the grand kids to spoil them and give them back to Mum and Dad.
I have the privilege of working alongside an exceptional group of real estate professionals specializing in both sales and property management. Our team successfully sells approximately 15% of homes and commercial properties from the East Coast region to the Balclutha district and all in between. We also maintain one of the larger property management portfolios in the South Island.
